"We switched to State Farm for home and auto insurance after yearly price increases from another company, despite no claims and being a long-time customer. Not only did we increase our coverage, we also got a refund on our home insurance when we switched, and our car insurance premiums are going down for the first time ever! Derek walked us through the policies and made sure we have all the protection that we need. He truly cares about his clients. He gives you his personal cell number and is takes calls whether he is in the office or not. A few weeks after switching, I had an urgent question on a Sunday morning. Derek answered while he was at the airport and talked me through my options. It was so appreciated! I highly recommend Derek and his team if you are looking for peace of mind with your insurance needs!"
